20. Stop eating healthy snacks.

You might consider giving up healthy snacks, unless you don't have a medical reason for eating them. Now a true medical reason would be that your actual personal medical team says that you have to eat a snack, and some of you do have this, so keep going. It turns out, though, that most of the healthy snacks we eat aren't as healthy for your body as you might think. I discuss all this and more in the podcast today.
