80. Vacation Weight Gain

We're in mid-August now, which means most summer vacations are coming to an end, so I thought it would be a good time to talk about something that I know a lot of us can relate to: vacation weight gain. When we're on vacation, we tend to eat and drink more, and our routines go out the window to a large degree. With this in mind, it only makes sense that we might gain a few pounds.

As we get back into our normal lives, however, I know that the vacation weight can feel like extra mental baggage, especially for those of us on weight loss journeys. In this episode, I go over three things that you can do to lose the weight and ease that burdening feeling, regardless of if you're still on vacation or back at home.
