88. Urinary Urgency, Hydration, and Weight Loss

I'm sure you all have heard time and time again that it's important to drink water, and this seems obvious, right? It's the healthiest drink option and our bodies need it to perform their basic functions. But when it comes to weight loss, there's so many more benefits that drinking water provides.

In this episode, we're going to get into those benefits, such as raising metabolism and providing feelings of satiation, as well as urinary urgency. Urinary urgency is something that many women in middle age experience, and since I'm urging you all to drink more water, which obviously increases the need to pee- I also want to provide some ideas and solutions to help with urinary urgency. Think of it as killing two birds with one stone!
