103. Gut Health in Midlife and Beyond with Bonnie Wisener

Gut health is a hot topic in the scientific community, and it's been all over the news recently as new amazing findings come out. And for good reason, too! We can all benefit from keeping our gut happy and healthy, but especially women in midlife and beyond.

We discuss how gut health impacts us, particularly in midlife, affecting weight loss and overall health.

Bonnie's practice is driven by her mantra, "Everything but the Food", emphasizing that while food plays a vital role in gut health, other factors such as stress, exercise, and sleep patterns also have a significant effect on gut health.
